Maple Tutor
Start Maple.
If this is the first time you have started Maple, you will be
asked whether you want to "Document mode" or "Worksheet mode".
Click on the button for "Document mode".
Your blank worksheet should appear with a line that looks like
|_
with a flashing vertical bar (slightly slanted in the real worksheet)
and an underscore inside a dotted box. If the line looks like
|
instead, with an upright bar, no underscore, and no dotted box, click
on the button that says "Math" in the toolbar. If the line starts
with the symbol
[ >
then
you are in worksheet mode instead of document mode. Go to the
main menu bar and select "File" > "New" > "Document mode".
