You should plan to arrive during the afternoon or evening of Sunday, July 8. The workshop will be finished by 3:00 on Friday, July 13.

You will be staying at The Hampton Inn and Suites in Columbus. The grant will pay for your room (July 8-12). We have reserved a block of rooms and will send the hotel a list of names. You will just have to identify yourself when you check in. This is a new hotel within walking distance of a number of shops and restaurants. The hotel furnishes breakfast, and we will provide lunch each day (Monday-Friday) at the Eisenhower National Clearinghouse. The grant will give you an allowance for supper of $19/day. You will need to fill out a form for this and the stipend (see below) before you leave the workshop.

You will receive a stipend of $500 for the week. However, you are responsible for your own travel.
