After a somewhat lengthy delay, the second meeting, supported by an NSF research training grant, was held at Cornell October 5-7, 2008
A third, supported by a combination of funds from the Cornell RTG and Duke math department was held October 14-16, 2012

The 2012 meting was part of a series of Southeastern Probability Conferences, which has also featured a number of women speakers.
After the 2012 meeting, Tai Melcher agreed to take on the responsibility of organizing these activities. The retitled Conference on New Developments in Probability has had male as well as female speakers.
