Because of the time difference, the teams will start at two different times. This is the earlier schedule. All times are given in Eastern Daylight Savings Time

Tuesday, July 16
All teams will come together for the 11:00 (EDST) general meeting.
9:00-10:00 Presentation on Dreamweaver/Word by David Smith. We will begin with introductions of those participating in this session. (VNC, RAT, AIM, Dreamweaver)

10:00-11:00 Presentation on Working with Applets by Frank Wattenberg. (VNC, RAT, AIM)
11:00-12:00 General meeting with all teams: Overview of the workshop, general introductions, preliminary descriptions of projects (VNC, RAT, AIM)
12:00-13:00 Break
13:00-15:00 Maple Tutorial (AIM, Maple)
15:00-17:00 Team conferences (AIM, VNC, email, possibly phone) When not conferring with the course directors, teams will work on designing their projects.
Wednesday, July 17
9:00-11:00 Work on projects, directors available for consultation (AIM, VNC, RAT, email, phone)
11:00-12:00 Presentation on Applets and Spreadsheets by Frank Wattenberg. (VNC,RAT, AIM)
Noon-13:00 Break
13:00-14:00 Presentation on Graphics and Other Images by David Smith. (VNC, RAT, AIM)
14:00-15:00 Presentation on Applets, Forms, and Javascript by Frank Wattenberg. (VNC, RAT, AIM)
At the end of the day, each team will have a specified time to report on their progress. Otherwise, the workshop leaders will be available for individual consultations.
Thursday, July 18
Most of the day, teams will work on their projects with consultation with instructors. By the end of the day, each team should have posted an alpha version of their project on the workshop web site.

14:00-17:Comment on the other teams’ projects. (Pages for posting comments will be provided.)
Friday, July 19
In the morning teams will make final changes to their projects and prepare for presentations.

16:30-17:00 Online evaluation of the workshop
