About

I am an Asssistant Professor in Mathematics (Primary) and Biology (Joint) at Duke University. I am interested in mathematical modeling, analysis, and simulation of cell and developmental biology processes, with a focus on providing insights into intracellular transport and filament organization mechanisms. These complex and regulated cell dynamics enable healthy cell function and proper organism development. I develop mathematical models, as well as analysis, simulation and inference methods using techniques from dynamical systems, applied partial differential equations, stochastic processes, applied topological data analysis, and equation learning.
